Sent Saturday is the monthly community outreach of The Street Evangelism Ministry, where believers gather to put their faith into action by sharing the hope of Jesus Christ. Each outreach begins with a time of fellowship, prayer, and encouragement before we head into the community in small teams to have Gospel conversations, pray for people, and demonstrate the love of Christ in practical ways.
Every outreach is rooted in prayer, guided by scripture, and centered on the Gospel. Our desire is to not only see lives transformed by the message of Jesus Christ but also to equip believers to confidently share their faith long after Sent Saturday is over. Together we go into our communities to be faithful witnesses, trusting God to work in the hearts of those we meet.
Whether you've never shared your faith before or have years of experience in evangelism, you are welcome here. Sent Saturday is designed to encourage and equip every believer to take the next step in living out the Great Commission. There is no pressure to have all the answers or to be an expert--we simply desire to faithfully love people and point them to Jesus.
