Who Can Come To Sent Saturday?

Everyone is welcome. Whether you've been sharing your faith for years or have never talked about Jesus with someone outside your church, Sent Saturday is a place where you can learn, grow, and serve alongside other believers.

If you've never participated in street evangelism before, you're in the right place. Many people join Sent Saturday because they want to grow in confidence but don't know where to begin.

You'll never be expected to go out alone or have all the answers. Before we head into the community, we provide encouragement, practical guidance, and prayer. Throughout the outreach, you'll be paired with experienced team members who can model conversations, answers questions, and help you take your next step. You're welcome to observe, pray, or participate as you feel comfortable.

Coming by yourself? No problem.

Many of our participants come on their own and quickly become part of the team. Sent Saturday is a welcoming environment where you'll meet believers who share a heart for making Jesus known. We'll introduce you to others, answer your questions, and make sure you're partnered with a team before heading out.

Families who desire to serve together are welcome. Sharing the love of Christ as a family is a meaningful way to help children and teenagers see what it looks like to live out their faith.

Parents are responsible for supervising their children throughout the outreach, and we encourage families to participate in ways that are appropriate for the ages and comfort levels of their children. Many families enjoy praying for people, handing out resources, encouraging others, and having Gospel conversations together. 

We love partnering with local churches, small groups, life groups, college ministries, youth groups, and discipleship groups who want practical experience sharing the Gospel.

Sent Saturday provides an opportunity to put a biblical teaching into practice in a supportive environment. Whether your group is looking for an outreach experience, evangelism training, or a way to serve your community together, we'd be honored to have you join us.

If you're bringing a larger group, we encourage you to contact us ahead of time so we can help prepare for your visit and ensure everyone has a great experience.

If you've been faithfully sharing the Gospel for years, we'd love for you to serve alongside us.

Your experience can be a tremendous encouragement to those who are stepping out in faith for the first time. Experienced evangelists often help mentor newer participants, answer questions, model compassionate Gospel conversations, and strengthen our outreach teams.

Sent Saturday isn't about having all the right words or years of experience--it's about faithfully following Jesus together. Every outreach is an opportunity to grow in boldness, encourage one another, and trust God as we share the hope of the Gospel with our community.

Want to feel even more prepared before heading out on Sent Saturday? Join us the evening before for First Friday, our monthly gathering centered on food, fellowship, encouragement, and practical Gospel training.

First Friday is designed to equip believers with biblical teaching, practical evangelism tools, and the confidence to share their faith. You'll enjoy a meal, connect with other Christians, and receive hands-on training that prepares you for the next morning's outreach.

While attending First Friday is not required to participate in Sent Saturday, we highly encourage it. Together, these two gatherings create a powerful weekend of learning, encouragement, and living out the Great Commission.
