What To Expect on Sent Saturday

Every Sent Saturday follows a simple rhythm designed to encourage, equip, and send believers into the community with confidence. Whether it's your first outreach or your fiftieth, you'll be supported every step of the way.

We begin the morning by gathering as a team for fellowship. This is a chance to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and prepare our hearts for the day ahead.

Before heading out, we'll spend time in prayer, asking God to guide our conversations, open hearts to the Gospel, and give us boldness, wisdom, and compassion. A brief encouragement and practical reminder will help everyone feel prepared before we go.

After prayer, we'll divide into small teams of two or three and head into the community. No one is expected to go alone.

Our goal is simple: love people well and faithfully share the hope of Jesus Christ. Throughout the outreach, you may have opportunities to:

• Pray with people who have needs or requests.
• Share a clear presentation of the Gospel.
• Listen to people's stories with compassion and respect.
• Answer questions about the Christian faith,
• Encourage fellow believers in their walk with Christ.
• Invite interested individuals to learn more about Jesus and connect with a local church.

If you're new to evangelism, you'll be paired with experienced team members who will encourage you and help you grow in confidence. You're welcome to observe, pray, or participate in conversations at a pace that's comfortable for you.

After the outreach, we'll gather back together to celebrate what God has done. This is often one of the most encouraging parts of the morning.

We'll share testimonies, recount meaningful conversations, rejoice over answered prayers, and thank God for every opportunity He provided. We'll also pray together for the people we met, asking God to continue working in their lives.

No matter how many conversations took place, we believe success is measured by faithfulness. Sent Saturday is about taking the next step in obedience, trusting God with the results, and encouraging one another to continue living on mission every day.
